Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Bicycle
Ensure the e-bike is clean, unused, and packed securely in its original factory box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on the return reason.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned bicycle to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
